Oh yeah, definately Mexican Cornbread.
Chili Verde
Hot Sauce
It they're large enough, chili relleno's.
Chop them and put them in a pot of beans to spice the beans up.
Make a white cheese sauce with garlic, and add slices of the chili in the sauce. Serve over Pasta and cooked grilled shrimp. So-o good.
Roast and peel them and place in a grilled cheese sandwich or a cheese crisp.
Make a green chili sauce and have green enchiladas or sopas.
I just made a fritatta and put plenty of serrano's in it and it was delish.
They're great just cooked with some green onion, then fold it in a corn or flour tortilla with some cheese.
Machaca, carnitas, shrimp and green chili casserole.



A nice Fajita--Ground beef saute with onion and garlic add chillis and two chopped and sKinned tomatoes a tsp ground cumin and a sprinkle of grated cheese salt and pepper roll into flat cornbread and melt grated cheese over the top Grill until melted A little shredded salad raw red onion and a shot of Tequila with a wedge of lime---Happy days!!
