Question: Favourite gluen free meals/recipies to help bulk up.?
Hey,

People who eat this way often find they are actually reversing the way they look and feel. Also, "the recipes in this book are easier to digest" according to Scott Myron Cheshaek, L.Ac, because of the combination of ingredients, and preparation style.

I don't know what you've been eating now, but I would recommend trying Asian food. Rice is generally good for extra calories. Teriyaki chicken is a fairly easy recipe. Just marinate chicken in a mixture of 4 parts soy sauce (gluten free of course) to 1 part sugar/honey, though you can adjust the proportions for your taste. If you want to be fancy, add garlic, ginger or onions. After it's been in the marinade for a couple of hours BBQ, bake or saute until cooked. Other options to look into would be fried rice, phad thai or pho using rice noodles, or Indian curry. All of them are easy to make and are either gluten free to begin with or are easy to substitute with gluten free ingredients (i.e. rice noodles for regular noodles.)
