We call it all three, but we mainly call it ketchup because it's catchy and easy to say
Tomato sauce, ketchup, and red sauce are three completely different things everywhere except in Britain; tomato sauce is a thin puree of tomatoes used as a base for pasta sauces, ketchup (or catsup) is a savory condiment often made with tomatoes (exclusively so in Britain) but is actually an Indian condiment which also comes in onion and various fruit varieties....and red sauce is the generic name for any of the pasta sauces that are prepared with tomato sauce as their base (including Bolognaise, Puttanesca and many more... "Red sauce" can also mean the dipping sauce for Sweet & Sour dishes

Most of the time we call it ketchup - because thats what it says on the bottle and it what we've always called it. I have occasionally heard people call it tomato sauce though - Neverr red sauce!
i call it ketchup or tomato sauce, i can't really explain why i call it that, my parents call it that so i probably just got it from them.
