What are some replacements for these fattie foods?!

Question: What are some replacements for these fattie foods?
Ok, I want to lose weight. But, I still want o eat some of the fattie foods I like. Such as, dr pepper, lean pockets, pizza, ice cream, an cookies. What are Some replacements for these? Also, I know there isn't any healthy chocolate besides dark chocolate (which I hate) so what are some possible replacements for that? What are some good tasting healthy foods?

Answers:

Hi. Congrats on your decision to lose weight. Here are some ideas for you. Replace the Dr. Pepper with water- squeeze some lemon or lime in it if you need flavour. Your body will love you for it and replacing one soda a day will save you 7kg a year. Make your own pizza on lebanese bread with low fat cheese and load on the veges-onion, capsicum, pineapple, olives, gherkins- no processed meats! lots of seafood.97% fat free frozen yoghurt can replace ice-cream and still feels like a treat. Replace carbohydrate snacks with fresh fruit, low fat yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit. A couple of pieces of your favourite chocolate a day won't hurt- just don't eat the whole block.Good health to you!

instead of pizza, maybe replace that with vegetable wraps
replace ice cream with frozen yoghurt, you could even add fruit to that
replace cookies with low fat tortillas and dip
replace chocolate with low fat chocolate milkshakes
:) and there are lots of good tasting foods, fruit salads are delicious, instead of going to reach for the cookie jar, reach for some pineapple instead. steam vegetables, and add them to meals, it also makes the meal look a lot more colourful.

in place of icecream eat frozen yogurt (its better then ice cream to)
