The beauty of Korean cooking is its simplicity and flexibility. The hardest ingredients to find are usually Kochujang, and you already have that. If you want to make spicy rice cake, and cannot find any rice cake, substitute with chinese dumplings or large pasta. you can also make spicy stir fried chinese glass noodles with kochujang and some sesame seed oil. You could make a version of dolsot bibimbap by stirfrying some steameded rice in some sesame seed oil and garlic, and toss with some scrambled egg and kochujang.

you can get a korean recipe book from here

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?u…

or try youtube

just type in things like "how to make Kimchi soup"

or anything starting with "how to~"

i'm sure youll find a couple of vids with recipe :)

good luck! :)

If you cannot find Korean chillie powder (gochugaru), Hungarian hot paprika isn't a bad substitute. Here are some websites for Korean cooking:

maangchi.com
aeriskitchen.com
mykoreankitchen.com

And our own site:
zenkimchi.com
