I love nigirizushi. My favourite is maguro (tuna), with a little wasabi.

Crunchy Shrimp roll. the place I like to go to makes a tempura shrimp and puts it in the rice with just a slice of avocado.
Or smoked salmon roll. (not necessarily Philly roll)
