I would say spend the same amount on fresh food- broccoli, brown rice, chicken, vegetables.
Make the SAME meals yourself, and spend 60% less money.
You will lose the same weight.
I say this because have you read the ingredients on the box?
For a so-called healthy option, they are lying through their teeth, The portions are tiny, and you never feel full.
Make the same foods yourself on eday a week, freeze them.
I went that route a few times and could NEVER justify spending so much money on what is basically junk food. Especially when what they contain is labelled as
"chicken alfredo with rice" or whatever. Three ingredients and you can make yourself.
