arabic cooking, would you guys help?!


Question: Arabic cooking, would you guys help?
im from algeria but want to learn to cook some other arabic dishes for my friends..
i know i can just go on websites, and shizz, but i'd rather get from any of you here.
so say where you're from and if its a big dish or a personal recipe you created, and just let me know it :)

In Iraq we make Dolma which is vine leaves stuffed with rice and meat, you can also use courgettes, onions, aubergines, tomatoes and peppers, this is then boiled in water and some tomato puree, also as a desert try making Kunafa which is two layers of angel hair with a creamy filling then glazed with a sugar or honey syrup.
