Culo. What is the best recipe/method of preparation.?!
Does anyone has a good recipe to make it? We're planning on bringing some to my son's gradutaion. Had it before and loved it, just not sure how to prepare. Thanks in advance!

Roasted is the best. Pour some Montreal Seasoning all over and roast it for an hour. *** some mojo Goya if needed. Chimichurri also will work. Make sure not to burn it.
