When I studied Japanese food and culture, I went to the local library and got all kinds of Japanese cook books. You might want to consider doing that as well. :) Have fun.

Hi, I couldent help but notice that Preparing FOOD Is something you realy enjoy. Well my mother is the same way and when my familey and I go to her house for turkey day or any other holiday for that mater, the cooking is impeckable. So I asked her what her secret was and for years she would not tell me but this past turkey day she did just that and now my familay will not let anyone else cook.
