Is that rice balls in the movie enter the dragon that is in the basket thats all steaming when it comes out?!
if that is rice balls can anyone tell me how those ones are made? they look like dough on the outside, so i dont know if they're maybe dumplings. and what are they called? thx

Those were steamed buns... which is usually a yeast bread.
