the raw veggie platters already made up. some even come with dip, or just by it separately. of course it's cheaper if you make it up yourself.

popcorn is another.

bags or assorted frozen fruits mixed together for a great fruit salad. you can cut up some seasonal fruit and add it in.

they sell the odd ends of assorted cheeses for a cheaper price. great for snacking with your favorite crackers or with cup up apples and pears this time of year.

Rice cakes (the flavored ones from Quaker that are small have 70 calories per serving)

trail mixes

dried fruits

fresh fruit

salads (some have those premade salad things, or you can buy your own stuff and make a bunch)

Veggie sticks

I have even seen some packs that come with veggie sticks and dip, or apple slices and dip.

wheat thins, triscuits etc...

string cheese

granola bars

yogurt

popcorn (if you have a place you can make it, its actually a pretty good snack)

pretzels

those 100 calorie snack packs (I think nabisco makes them. Can be expensive though)

bread and a few cubes of cheese (or just bread and low-fat butter)

pita chips

low fat chips in general (I like the cape cod 40% fat ones. They don't taste like fake chips to me anyway)

Well the 100 calorie cookies are good,
I also like the special K snacks,
Veggie chips/sticks are good and are healthy,
Quaker flavored rice cakes,
Nature Valley bars,
Yoplait yogurts
Baked chips.
They have a lot of good diet things

but I'd try to avoid
Plain ricecakes,
and Fullbars,
because they don't taste very good.

Hope I helped.

Personal experimenting.
