Japanese banana diet?!

Question: Japanese banana diet?
When they say you can eat anything for lunch and dinner, are they referring to the way the Japanese eat? Rice, Fish, veggies? You know, healthy stuff?

The Morning Banana Diet says that you can eat "normally" for lunch and dinner, including anything you ate before you began the diet. But you need to restrict the amount to the level that you are just beginning to feel satisfied, not stuffed. And the diet suggests that you eat more of the healthier foods in your regular diet, such as non-fried foods.

So, "anything" that you had eaten normally before the diet, but not as much as you want, but just enough to feel satiated. American food is fine, as long as you watch your fullness.

The diet works because you'll probably eat smaller portions, and you won't snack as much. It's not a crash diet, but a subtle, slow weight loss diet for those slightly overweight.

They said that it's not necessary but Japanese food is better than western style food for this. Good Luck!

I would assume so since its a "Japanese" Diet.
