how do i cook Nashashta - Indian/Pakistani, sweet dish my grandmother used to make?!

this is a sweet dish my granny used to make - Pakistani dish, i was never allowed to taste it cuz it was for very special people! it used to look like Halva, if i recall rightly.

Any ideas at all on what to do................i have found the flour here in England, just don't know how to cook it n granny dead a good few years now.
