Easy. Go to the grocery store, condiments section and pick up a bottle of "Lemon Pepper".

Put 1/2 inch of oil in a frying pan. Set heat to medium ( 5 on Electric stove )

In a gallon ziplock bag combine one sleeve of Ritz crackers, and a tablespoon of your Lemon-Pepper. Seal the bag and roll with a rolling pin ( or crush the crackers completely. Shake to mix the contents of the bag.

Roll the chicken wings in raw (beaten) egg. Cover completely so the crumbs stick all over the wings.

Toss the wings into the ziplock bag, seal, and shake to cover all the wings.

Place the wings into the hot oil, when golden brown, turn them over and fry the other side until golden brown.

Take out the wings and lay them on paper towel to drain exscess fat.

Serve hot. ( if you are making a big batch, put the drained wings on a cookie sheet in the oven to stay warm until all are ready to serve.
