Fresh fenugreek leaves (portland, oregon) OR using dried fenugreek leaves (methi)?!

Question: Fresh fenugreek leaves (portland, oregon) OR using dried fenugreek leaves (methi)?
Hi, I love to cook Indian food, and I have an Indian cookbook I'd like to use, but unfortunately, many of the recipes call for fresh fenugreek leaves (methi). Do you know if I can find those in Portland, OR? Or is it possible to used dried ones? I can find the dried ones online. So far, I haven't found fresh ones that I can mail order as I did the fresh curry leaves, which I froze. Those have worked out well. I'm just wondering what I can do for the fresh fenugreek leaves...Is mail order possible?

i think i've seen dried fenugreek at whole foods before, but then there's a big indo-american community up in western wash.

Hi, I couldent help but notice that Preparing FOOD Is something you realy enjoy. Well my mother is the same way and when my familey and I go to her house for turkey day or any other holiday for that mater, the cooking is impeckable. So I asked her what her secret was and for years she would not tell me but this past turkey day she did just that and now my familay will not let anyone else cook.
OK HER IT IS, (As Seen On Tv. Save Money - Make Secret Restaurant Recipes at Home!)

PS, Just give it a shot and your familey will see a diference.
