Your question is lill confusing...but if you mean how to reduce the spice level in a dish....
squeeze some lime juice and mix....the spicyness will be toned down.

If you want it creamy, add coconut milk. Bound to be very fragrant
Or as with Indian cooking, add yogurt to give your dish a tinge of sour.

To tone it down? Add sour cream or crema mexicana or other dairy products.
