Is "zaatar"/oregano high in calories?!

Question: Is "zaatar"/oregano high in calories?
i was looking at the package for the oregano mixture and it said that it had 2,000 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THAT POSSIBLE???????? but then in the column right next to it it said 25 calories.....so wich one must it be???? i would think the 25 because herbs are much too healthy to be that high in calories.

Close, but zaatar is thyme not oregano. I think that 2,000 was the entire package of zaatar. The most you would consume in a single serving is 30-40 calories.

I don't know what brand of zaatar you buy. I always buy the Baladna zaatar, and it doesn
t aatroasted sesame may add only little of the calories. I assume that you eat with the olive oil and that's when you add the calories to it. I eat zaatar all da time and i eat manaeesh which is zaatar mixed with olive oil and topped over a dough and backed in the oven. It is zaatar pizza.
