It is called Kurimu Shitu and is a popular family meal in Japan. It is in a similar package to the Japanese curry. You can find it at most Asian Supermarkets, or at a large Supermarket in either the International section or Asian Food aisle.

You can definitely find it at T&T supermarket, or any Korean or Japanese food store...I've also found it, much cheaper, in neighbourhood Chinese grocery markets. Its in the same place as curry (same style, roux in blocks), also comes in brown si-tew (Japanese pronounciation), corn, and pumpkin :)
