What is the difference between a potato and the sweet potato?!


Question: What is the difference between a potato and the sweet potato?
we know that they're both potato, and many things has already been said comparing the two. However, many people including myself still ask what really is the big deal about them. many common suggestions is that, a sweet potato, cannot be considered food of rich people. is that so?

Answers:

Potatoes:
white flesh
not sweet
less vitamins
generally smaller

Sweet Potatoes:
orange flesh
sweet
many vitamins
larger than regular potatoes

In the u.s., sweet potatoes are not significantly more expensive than regular potatoes and aren't considered a delicacy or something that 'rich people' eat.



Well, I know that sweet potato is healthier than the regular potato. Sweet potatoes are also lower in fat.



It is sweeter ?
