How much should a babysitter charge per hour?!

Question: How much should a babysitter charge per hour?
I'm 15. Per hour, per child. I was thinking 5 bucks, but I thought about it, and that would be pretty expensive. So, I don't mind being cheap.

Answers:

As a mom who would hire a baby sitter I would pay $5 per hour to watch my daughter.

I think you could say $5 per hour for 1 or 2 kids, and then an extra $2 per hour for each additional child with 4 kids as the max you will watch.

$5 is a good amount tom babysit at your age since you are not trained. I have had classmates that were paid minimum age ($7.50 at the time) but that price was offered and not asked. Make sure you also educate yourself about the basics of babysitting.

i baby sit 10 hours a day for five days a week and get paid 120 - 20 dollars off each day the child does not come.
