It's pretty easy..
1 c Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 T Grated ginger root, 1 c Sugar, 2 T Soy sauce, 1 T Dry Coleman's mustard and, 1 T Cornstarch
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch and
dry mustard in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in and cook until it thickens.
Grate in ginger root
Get wasabi powder and mix with water. It'll knock your head off if over-indulged!
