Tracy...Tracy...Tracy... Your questions _seems_ to_be_ two-fold. While I do generally do not answer questions like these I am wiling to afford you this one time non-precedent setting exception and provide an answer.

My favorite food are chili cheese dogs. And consumers generally like a casual Italian restaurant with home style Italian cooking. A big plus if there is an actual old Italian lady or man cooking it from scratch

I love gourmet raw food restaurants like Cafe Gratitude in San Fransisco. Love raw food prep - smoothies, salads, raw sushi, raw pizza and so on.
I also love vegan cuisine from the Mediterranean and Middle East (eg falafel, hummous, baba ganoush etc), India (dhal, chickpea or veggie curries), Asia (soba noodles, cucumber salads, pak choi) etc. etc.

pizza. i like stevie b's, all you can eat pizza buffet. they'll even make one for you and bring it to your table, no extra cost. omg.

I hate people that are like "uuhhh american." Try something new people! I enjoy a lot of authentic Korean dishes as well as Ethiopian.
