Question: What is this Indian dish?

I think it's Indian.. It's cauliflower that encrusted in this sweet red sauce and... it's delicious. I don't know what it is, but I would love to make it one day.

Gobi is boiled,coated with corn flour to give it crispiness.Fried later in sauces.
I made it once and it took an hour.It uses a lot of ingredients.
But was worth because of the delightful taste.
