Is it harmful to eat food cooked in Aluminium utensils?!

Question: Is it harmful to eat food cooked in Aluminium utensils?
I heard in the long run, ALUMINIUM utensils are not good to use.

Answers:

Thai restaurants use aluminum utensils all the time. A lot of older or less expensive rice cookers used an aluminum pot/pan to cook the rice. Many frying pans and sauce pans were made out of aluminum too. Everything I mentioned above took place in the US. Many people here in the US would happily file lawsuits when given a chance. If aluminum utensils were unsafe, there will be tons of lawsuits against manufacturers/importers and all aluminum utensils will be off the market. Since that did not happen, I think utensils made out of aluminum should be pretty safe to use.

Cooking in plastic containers are far more dangerous, leading to fertility problems especially for men. It's making them more female but please read about this on the internet because I don't have the technical explanation or terms.

I have no problem whatsoever cooking with aluminium, most ppl round the world have done this for years, and there are been no international withdrawal of aluminium pots and pans has there?

I too have heard that. I grew up with aluminum pots and pans in the house. We also had a few cast iron pans too (for deep fat frying). Today I manly have stainless steel. Heavy bottomed stainless steel. I also use some Alessi pans that are aluminum that is sandwiched by stainless steel. The aluminum let the stainless steel heal uniformly.
Anyways, i called the Alessi people some years ago because I use one of their stove top espresso coffee makers (it's called Moka) and it's made of aluminum and they (Alessi) have sold millions of them in Italy and around the world. I called to ask about the use of aluminum. I had heard that when ingested it may cause, among other problems, Alzheimer. They gave me a flat "No Problema" as an answer. I want to trust them but must say that, aside from the coffee pot, I no longer use aluminum post or pans. I had a full set of Meyer coated aluminum but the last pan fell apart just last week. I had the set for 20 years.

There are so many OPINIONS regarding this subject - - it becomes insane
I know of only ONE that makes much sense
Do Not cook high acid foods - - like spaghetti sauce ('tomatoes') - -
As for other foods - - you pot or pan is too often coated in an oil - - very little chance of acid leaching
I also remember tea pots being the evil culprit - - if you examined the inside where all the deposits of silicates - calcium etc adhere - I fail to see how
any other utensils they are washed too often to oxidize

BUT - fear is a powerful force - and added to conflicting data - I understand
remember there are 6.2 billion humans here - and statistics lie - to prove a point - real or false

Food cooked in aluminium vessels or in aluminium foil, can absorb aluminium because aluminium dissolves into food and water during the cooking process. This absorbed aluminium goes into the bloodstream and accumulates in different organs in different people causing a multitude of effects.

That subject is entirely open to debate. lots of great arguments on both sides of the issue.

Which side is right?

Damned if I know!! All I can say is that I've been eating food cooked in aluminum pots and pans for over 50 years and it hasn't killed me yet.
