What is the differents between pasta and noddles?!


Question: What is the differents between pasta and noddles?
I'm sure each country has it's own distinct flavor. In genral what it is like. I know pasta in the box is not the same as home made.

Well pasta is pasta and a noddle is a slang term for your head. So quite a bit of difference.

Different types of wheatflour.

Pasta is made from Durum Wheat
Soba is made from buckwheat
And lots of other variety of noodles made from different types of flour, size and ingredients used.

pasta is more of an all inclusive term. noodles are just one type of pasta. other types include angels hair, spaghetti, linguini, shells, elbow macaroni, penne, rigatoni, bow tie, etc ...

Noodles typically contain egg. Pasta SOMETIMES contain egg.

pasta is the better one
