e) Do your own homework
quellera-Here's the deal...you are taking food SAFETY for a reason. By having other people do your homework just to get through the course you jeopardize or risk the safety of others that you are serving and your future employment opportunities. This can be extremely dangerous. What concerns me is that the question pertains specifically to young children. Moreover, this question actually pertains to a case of food poisoning involving a child who died because they ingested one of those food items listed above (that was produced by a nationally recognized company) and the related pathogen. I won't tell you the answer, I want you to study up on the subject and cases that affected consumers over the last decade. Some really bad/sad things happen because of improper food handling. Most or all of these kinds of cases are preventable. It all boils down to education.
I'm certain that you care about others, esp. kids enough to want to prevent their food poisoning or worse yet prevent their death. There have been cases where people are held liable(criminally & civil legal cases) for being linked to people getting food poisoning or mishandling food products. C'mon you can do it. Study hard." Learn so you can earn". You can do it.
