Do you eat rice in America?!

Question: Do you eat rice in America?
I'm just curious.

Answers:

I had rice tonight!

Of course they eat rice in America. They have all kinds of rice - wild rice, pecan rice, black rice etc. most of the rice are sold in packages with a package of mix so when you boil rice you can add it tot he rice to give it different taste. The Americans love rice puddings - made with rice, milk, sugar, raisins and nuts.

I eat rice, but I'm Asian.

There is "American" rice though. It's usually boil-in-bag stuff, or premade where you throw it in the microwave or just heat it back up on the stove. I'm not sure how else to describe apart from American.

Yes. Americans eat rice. Not as much as asian cultures but we do. I prepare my rice the same way most people do. I don't use boil in a bag or any of that microwave stuff. I usually eat basmati or a short grain rice.

Brown wild rice with mushrooms and chopped onion and garlic with some nice brown beef gravy over it served as a side to roast beef. As much as I can eat!

Mom's kitchen

Yes. Not as much as in Asian countries, but rice is a pretty normal thing to eat with a meal here.
