If you don't mind also using paper bowls, stews (including chili, spaghetti sauce, pork or beef stews of all kinds, etc) and soups are great for freezing (bean-based soups freeze esp. well and are filling). You can also "braise" hunks of meat and cut into smaller hunks before freezing.
Or cook chicken breasts or other meats with various flavors like dry rubs or marinated or sauces, then freeze them as is...later add rice from a rice cooker, raw veggies (or cook them in microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc).
