What is an alternative to banana leaves for making bak chang?!
I've never made it before because the Asian shops near me don't sell them and online they're £1-2 each. Surely there must be an alternative?

I would think that folded parchment would even work since there is no direct heat
the correct way to wrap bak chang is using bamboo leaves.
