Question: I bought this thing at the mandarin restraunt and I dont know what it is!!?

I live in barrie on Canada, And I went to the Mandarin Restaraunt, it was the chinese new year so they were selling a bunch of stuff. I saw this thing and so I bought it. it is this circle with a butterfly on it and it has a mettle bar over it. But it dosent do enything. If you have one or maby bought one please help.

You bought it because of its special looking, right? So just keep it as a secret or decoration. I'm a Chinese who can't figure it out with your description. Hope you uploaded a photo. Funny! Keep it!
