Can you name a chili paste or hot sauce that is the hottest, but with taste too?!

SRIRACHA hot chili sauce aka Rooster sauce, is the best in my opinion. Available at your supermarket or asian food store. If you haven't already, you got to try this.........Good in EVERYTHING! Check it out it cost $3-4.00 for 17oz. bottle.

I use either Sambal Oleck, Vietnamese Chili Garlic paste, Korean Gomijun, in most grocery store at least here in Canada we sell the 3 I stated, in other country's you may have to find ethnic stores, Habenero sauce from Mexico like the one the first person mentioned have plenty of tang and spice, the hotter they are the less real flavour they have, I have a hot sauce I got off the internet from Ebay, called "Serial KIller" it packs a real punch.

You might like a North African hot paste called harissa. It tastes different than other hot sauces because it has no vinegar in it, plus it's thick not runny. (if you need to thin it out a bit mix it with a bit of olive oil). You should be able to get this in any Middle Eastern grocery store. It comes in a tin.
