Konjac (also known as devil's tongue or elephant yam) has almost no calories but is very high in fiber. It can be cut into noodle-like strips and cook like noodle as diet food. Itself has almost 0 calories but what you cook with will vary the calories. Best is cook in tofu soup which is relatively low in calories.
You can find it in Japanese and Korean cuisine.
Otherwise its plain water that is really 0 calories.

Tofu has close to zero calories with little fat. It is high in iron, calcium, magnesium and protein.

Kelp, Konbu & Yam Noodles.
Calorie Free Drinks: Water, Sparkling Water, Diet Colas, etc.

Otherwise there really aren't any ZERO calorie foods... there are some VERY LOW CALORIE foods... but they're mostly fruits and vegetables. Shrimp & Scallops are pretty low in calories as are fish like Cod & Tilapia... Egg whites are also very low calorie.

Pickles..... Oh... thats kinda a veggie...

hmmmm... I have also noticed a brand called '0 calorie' and it has marshmallow, and chocolate spread, and Alfredo sauce... I saw this a Krogers.. but when I googled it, could not find it. It is in the gluten free section, along with the diabetic foods... depending on where you go i guess...

that coca cola zero and there is one that is a sprite too i think.

Only water.
