Does a rusted penny unrust in salt and vinegar or lemon juice?!

Maggi sauce (a common Chinese sauce) can unrust a penny, I tried that before and since then, I haven't eaten Maggi till now.
you cant unrust a penny in either of them. but lemon juice can clean it.
why don't you just try it instead of wasting time on here dumb dumb
