I cooked my beef stew wrong please help pleeeease?!

Question: I cooked my beef stew wrong please help pleeeease?
I think I used too much water, and I DEFINITELY did not add enough salt!

But the beef and vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery and onion) are already fully cooked after like 2 hours of simmering.....

Is there a way I can add more salt to give it more flavour or is it too late? :(

It's best to add salt late on in cooking. You can thicken the liquid by mixing a little cornflour with some of the liquid and then stir it into the stew.

Geez. Just remove all dry ingredients and turn the heat on full blast with the lid open. Excess water will evaporate. The salt content will not change after excess water evaporated. So, the stew will become less watery and saltier. You could speed up the evaporation process by constantly stirring the stew. Once the stew tasted right, return all dry ingredients back to the pot and simmer till done.

Add some corn starch to very cold water and stir well, (1/2 cup starch to 1 cup of water). Yes, you can add salt, just not too much. You can try adding hot sauce, or chili's to give it a nice kick. Good luck.

pour out some of the water, add some garlic, some pepper, salt, some bouillon cubes beef flavor if u have them. let it simmer for half an hour, add a little sour cream if u like. u should be good to go.

No not to late.
If it's to watery add corn starch slowly it will help thicken it up you'll just have a bit more than you wanted.
