What is the name of Chinese baked good?!

Question: What is the name of Chinese baked good?
Does anyone know the name of a certain Chinese baked good? It is baked so bread is golden brown. It is oblong shaped with shredded coconut on top and I think coconut with butter filling in middle. The middle filling is yellow, moist and sweet (almost the consistency of a sweet Mexican corn mushy side dish called Tomalito) . Any idea what the name of this Chinese Bakery good?

In Hong Kong we call it as "shredded coconut bun", in Cantonese "Yeh Si Bao" and I think it is original from Hong Kong local bakeries in 1960s

edit: oops..., MonMon is right, it should be "Gai Mai Bao" if the filling contains coconut, Gai Mai means cocktail in Cantonese. "Yeh Si Bao" is not the right answer, sorry!

It's called a coconut cocktail bun (or coconut custard bun).

The topping can vary from coconut, sesame, or butter-cookie... depending on the bakery.

The bun itself can also be make into a coconut twist or bread.

I love baking!
