What common and popular asian foods are considered “exotic” in the western countries of the world?

Sushi, or anything raw or chemically cooked are considered exotic in the US, but are also accepted by many. (I love it)

Chinese cuisine - Chinese restaurants in China Town serve dim sum, wonton soup, BBQ pork, fried rice, steamed fish,.. etc. which I think is common but exotic for westerners.

Japanese cuisine - Sushi, sashimi (raw seafood or Wagu) which I think are exotic items that freak out quite some westerners.

Korean cuisine - kimchi (Korean pickles) are spicy and quite exotic as well.

Thai cuisine - Green papaya salad, Tom Yum Gong soup have unique taste and I consider them as exotic.
