banh mi- vietnamese sandwich. A french baguette, split lengthwise and stuffed with beef, salad, peanuts, and sauce, i'ts good...

Roti sardin- a flatbread made with layers of dough and butter, and stuffed with sardine- from Malaysia )( my personal favorite)

kofta kebab- from Afganistan- a naan bread with lamb kebab stuffed into it.

Pork Pandesal- Phillippines- a stuffed sweet roll with pulled ( shredded) pork, onions, raisins and mayonnaise. SO GOOD....

Chana Puri- India- not exactly a sandwhich, but a flatbread ( Puri) made from flat dough and baked, with chickpea curry stuffed into it.

Friendof has given you a very nice answer, but I would like to add a few items here,

Japanese - yakisoba pan - instead of sausage, they put stir-fried noodles in the hot dog buns

Chinese - Steamed buns with different fillings - in Cantonese cuisine, we have Cha Siu buns (the filling is stir-fired roasted pork with oyster sauce), red bean paste buns, Chinese sausage buns, mix vegetables buns ... etc.

Classical "Western" sandwiches are not the culture of asia even though available almost everywhere by now.In tourist spots you get anything from ham to tuna sandwiches maybe some with a twist of curry but otherwise same, same almost worldwide.
