where can i buy kangaroo meat in uk?!
i live in colchester, essex and i am trying to find a local supplier of kangaroo meat. this is purely for the health benefits not some weird obsession to taste weird and wonderful exotic meats.
i am willing to travel to some extent to buy it and am not keen to buy online.

You're unlikely to find many places in the UK that stock such exotic meats, and you would probably be better buying online, there are UK suppliers online so it's not like you'll be buying some dodgy import. I have seen meats such as ostrich being sold at local markets, but never anything as exotic as kangaroo, so your best bet would be buying online.

Give the Tourist information in Salisbury a call a small butcher just over the street from them sells all types of meat. Roo,croc,ostrich,buffalo you name it they sell and ship it.
One butchers round here sells it and other exotic meats, including crocodile, antelope, ostrich, zebu and others as available.
You might find it in the central market in the nearest big city. I have found it in cardiff central market
