Can I have a dessert everyday?!
Note: when I say dessert I mean like weight watchers icecream or frozen yogurt, custard, muffin/scone (not chocolate bars, marshmallows or fast food/takeout/deep fried food.)
Answers:
sure you can.
Many people enjoy a sweet after a meal but it does not have to be unhealthy at all.
any kind of berries with low fat no sugar vanilla yogurt is really good and tastes like it is a naughty dessert but both the berries and yogurt are good for you.
When you shop, spend some money on the more exotic fruits or out of season fruits and make that your dessert.
Sugar free jello or pudding is good too.
I have even used a cup of hot chocolate or an international coffees low fat low sugar fancy coffee as a dessert.
It sooths my sweet tooth and is not a bad thing to have.
Build any of that into your daily calorie count.
Switch it up and don't always have the weight watchers stuff. That way, you still get your after meal sweet but you won't get tired of the diet stuff and be temped by the real deal.
Yes you can, as long as you make smart choices and don't skimp on essential nutrition to keep your calorie intake in line. Choose fruit for dessert, jello, yogurt, cheese and an apple. Dessert doesn't have to be fattening or bad for you. Watch out for muffins and scones; they masquerade as good for you, but they're not really different that cookies or cupcakes.
If you make some orange jello, let it set for an hour, then add a cup of vanilla low carb ice cream and whip it up, you've got a great dessert reminicent of orange sherbet but many fewer calories.
Try adding a cup of yogurt to a package of pudding (along with the milk, not instead of the milk) and create mousse that makes 6 servicing instead of 4 and adds all the good stuff from yogurt. Even if you don't like yogurt otherwise, you can't even tell it's there.
Use a 14 ounce can of crushed pineapple in it's own juice in place of water in a "complete" angel food cake mix. Quite tasty and low in fat and calories. You could use a large can of light pie filling too. If you can find blueberry, that's wonderful but I can usually only find cherry -- also very good.
Yes you sure can. There are so many desserts that are low in calories and healthy as well. It all comes down to portion size. I wouldn't recommend eating desserts that are high in white sugars or high in saturated fats because these contain empty calories and you wouldnt be getting enough essential vitamins and minerals etc.
It's not a good idea. Your body's not going to like it, and you'll get sick easily. If your doing desserts just a couple days at a time, that might be okay, but come on. What ever happened to eatin' your veggies?
Sure you can, just add the dessert calories into consideration when calculating your daily calories requirement.
As long as your intake doesn't exceed calories expended you can eat what you like, your deserts sound quite healthy. you could improve them a little by adding fruit.
DEFINITELY! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A WIDELOAD A$$ !!!
no you should not have
