Why does Asian food seem to make me full so quickly?!

Question: Why does Asian food seem to make me full so quickly?
I love Asian food. But I always seem to get full from like 5 bites.
Is there a special ingredient that they have, that we don't know about?
Just curious.

Answers:

The carbohydrate form. The place you're eating from probably adds corn starch to their food.

Youre only suppose to eat a few bites anyways. Proper dinning you have a small plate with a small bowl of rice.

If you're eating rice, that's what's filling you up. I love Asian food too, and I really love plain old white rice, but I'm diabetic and white rice is very bad for me. Brown rice is ok, but I don't like it with my Moo Goo Gai Pan.

MSG in the food

MSG and woof,woof & meow,meow sauce!!!
