There are so many great things that's it's hard to pick out individual dishes as a favorite; I like a huge variety of things. I've been living in Italy and the food is great here. That's also true in the Czech Republic. I've had a lot of good fish, meats and dumplings there - if you go try the Trdelnik and Medovnik too. The food in Denmark and Sweden is excellent as well. However, one of the highlights of travel for me is trying local specialties; there are wonderful things anywhere you go.
Personally i like a puerto rican dish called pastelon, a cuban dish which is white rice, black beans and picadillo, and an ecuadorian dish called ceviche de camarones, ( a cold soup w shrimp.
It is so hard to pick. I like Italian, Mexican, Latin American, South American, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, Greek, Spanish, etc.
