Hello Ramesh...

It's called Cottage cheese

Can't comment on other countries, but here in the UK it is just called Paneer. That's what its packed as (in both specialist asian Deli's and big supermarkets), what any recipe's/cooking shows refer to it as and what it appears as on menu's. It certainly ISN'T cottage cheese!
When I say UK I mean in at least England and Scotland, can't personally vouch for Wales and NI, but I expect they are the same.

Cheese. Cheese comes in many varieties, some are mild and solid, some are strong and solid, some are soft and smelly and paneer/peynir/panir is normally quite soft and fairly mild in flavour.

Paneer is Paneer. It has no equivalent names even though it is similar to cottage cheese or ricotta cheese. Just like salt has no equivalent. It has substitutes and similar feeling things, but no equivalent.

Milk cake.
