Get the food from a Muslim grocery shop if there's any, otherwise anything without red meat / poultry / gelatin / lard will be safe enough. I don't know where is your Muslim friend from and likings so will just give rough ideas.

For breakfast, toast with fruit jam, hard boiled eggs (scrambled eggs / sunny side up whichever preferred), some fresh vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, cucumber, apply and etc.

For lunch, vegetable or seafood fried rice / vegetable or fish curry / grilled fish or any seafood / fried prawns / spicy grilled tempeh / baked potatoes / seafood or vegetable lasagna / stir-fried tofu with asparagus in soy sauce and etc

For tea, cakes, biscuits, egg / tuna mayo sandwiches, fruit tarts, nut pie, banana fritters, macaroons, cookies and pastries.

well not all muslim countries eat the same thing. for tea muslims for turkey and albanian regions love baklava, a lot of bakerys sell it. lunch involves alot of halal meet and rice, so make something with meat and rice [especially lamb] . breakfast doesnt have to be complicated , fruits and toast with butter is acceptable, simple but good.

It depends on where your Muslim friend is from. A lot of Muslims like Middle Eastern/Indian food because they're usually made of halal meat [It's like Kosher, but we call it Halal when an animal is slaughtered that way].

If you're going to do something with meat, make sure it's halal because Muslims only eat halal food. You can find halal chicken/lamb/beef at a halal grocery store. If not, stick to seafood or something.

I like kebabs and naan, lol.

I'm a Muslim. =)

Ask the person what they want to eat and then make it.
