Puffin meat is very popular in Iceland. That is however the only place where I have seen it on the menu.
There is an export company in Iceland, NAMMI.is that ship all kinds of Icelandic products. I don't know about puffin meat. Also, SIMNET.is has a number of puffin recipes.
I don't think you'll be able to locate a store where they sell puffin meat online. Also, why do you want puffin meat? They're far too cute to eat. But hey, so are babies and they're quite tasty.
