Can anybody please share a good recipe for making chinese style, Salt and pepper Chips??!?!
I always order these when getting a chinese takeaway and would like to make some of my own! Its like salt n pepper chicken but 'chips'! They are amazing!! Thankyou for any help!

Go to the grocery and get either egg roll or wonton wrap, slice and deep fry them in peanut or canola oil, sprinkle salt and pepper while they're still hot. Don't expect them to taste as good as the takeout because the oil restaurants used to fry them in is used to fry their chicken nuggets, egg roll etc. so that there is a lot of good taste in it. The oil you use at home shouldn't taste chicken unless you fry some first.
