Healthy foods celery etc ?!
Ok so I've heard that after 9pm if u eat something it normally gets stored as body fat cells, is this true? And if it is if I eat celery after 9pm will it help me loose even more weight since it takes more calories 2 digest it? And what r some other good foods? Thanks

well 9pm has nothing to do with it...its about 2 hours before you go to sleep is when your last meal should be...Cassein protein is actually something you can have right before you go to sleep because it is naturally slow digesting...lol and if your wondering what the heck you would find that...either buy buying it from a store that sells protein shakes, or just by drinking lowfat milk(milk is 80% cassein).. though if your not into that any food thats generally low on carbs....turkey/chicken breast, eggs, fish,vegetables... hope this helps :)
