Do you like Mexican food?!

I mentioned it on another site - now I need a hot (green chili) pork burrito from Amapola. It'll have to be for lunch tomorrow.

i like my own Soft Taco recipe.all you need :1 LB Ground Beef (i like ground chuck or ground round)
Taco seasoning Mix ( i use 1/3 package ) soft Tortilla Shells.Fry beef,no oil.add Taco Seasoning.
Stir,add a little water if mixture is to thick.heat until hot.Serve on Taco Shells.
( Option : I like to add a slice of American Cheese to beef mixture after cooking.
Also i cook rice as a side.i like to add the rice to my Taco.)

The way to tell if a Mexican restaurant is good? Their rice and beans. That's the real test.

My favorite dish is chile rellenos with green chile sauce - only from New Mexico. All other chile is not worth the effort.

i love mexican food. I love tacos, burritos, chilaquiles, chiles rellenos, tostadas, tortas, mexican soups, wow, so good. i even love flan and churros!
