Is Sapporo Ichiban junk food, to you?!

Question: Is Sapporo Ichiban junk food, to you?
I love those noodles, but I don't think that they are a health food, lol.

Answers:

Its a fast and low cost food with not much nutrients and the seasoning is high in sodium, salt and MSG but you can also make it better by adding fresh vegetables / meat / tomatoes when eating it. Try not to use too much of the seasoning if you are eating very regularly (eg daily).
I enjoy eating it too.

Instant Ramen like Sapporo Ichiban can be classified as junk food because the noodles and sauces it comes with are high in sodium. I usually just use the noodles myself and add lots of fresh vegetables like carrot, onion, cabbage, corn and peas. For extra flavour, I might add some soy sauce or some chili if I`m in a spicy mood.

I wouldn't say they're junk food, but maybe budget food.
