I'm a personal chef.



Here in England, UK (Western Europe) we tend to eat them mostly on Christmas Day with the turkey etc. They're notoriously unpopular; a love or hate vegetable. I love them though so I eat them all year round :)



They are miniature cabbage developed in France I believe, there is where you should start
